Cancellation Policy: Any cancellation or alteration of dates made within 40 days before the event date results in a charge of the total cost of the deposit. Cancellation 14 days before the event date, on the day of arrival, or no show results in a charge of the total cost. Cancellation or departure during the event scheduled dates results in a charge of 100% of the total cost of the event.
