Irana has been teaching since the year 2001 and living and practising Yoga for more than 27 years. She has dwelt in different lineages of yoga- Sivananda, Ashtanga, Traditional Hatha Yoga, Iyengar, Anusara, Jivamukti, Bhakti Flow, Prana Yoga, Vinyasa, Yin yoga, Scaravelli, Tantra & Kundalini Yoga. Her background as a Dancer since the age of 5, Artist & Designer, her Zen Buddhist practice and her Therapeutic experience infuse her lifestyle and teaching.
She has a Therapeutic approach towards physical and emotional well being. Her knowledge of yoga, body, and mind inspire a transformational approach to yoga practice. Her experience as a Classical Hatha Yoga & Vinyasa Krama Yogin and her background can be clearly felt in her precision, awareness of bioenergetic alignment and fluidity of movement in practice.
