Healing Sounds

Sound healing, particularly with Tibetan bowls, is one of the oldest and most natural forms of healing. During a Tibetan Bowl Sound Healing session, bowls are strategically placed around and on the body while the practitioner taps them in specific rhythmic patterns. The vibrations from these bowls create waves that flow through the body and mind, similar to ripples spreading across a pond. Since our bodies are more than 70% water, these sound waves travel through blood, flesh, organs, and bones—delivering a gentle, cleansing massage to every cell. This process helps release energy blockages while promoting harmony and calmness through sympathetic resonance, resulting in profound relaxation.

Chakra Reading

The Sanskrit word “Chakra” means wheel or disk. In yoga, meditation, and Ayurveda, chakras are wheels of energy throughout the body. The seven main chakras align along the spine, from its base to the crown of the head. Think of a chakra as a swirling wheel of energy where matter and consciousness meet. This invisible energy, called Prana, is the vital life force that keeps us vibrant, healthy, and alive. Our bodies constantly fluctuate between balance and imbalance. Unless there’s an obvious problem in one area of the body, these imbalances can be subtle and hard to detect. That’s why it’s important to develop awareness of your body and mind, learning to understand its signals and clues. This session focuses on helping you recognize which of your chakras may be out of balance.

Stillness in Movement: Healing dance

Healing Dance with me is a process of self-transformation and conscious evolution. It’s a way to hold space for yourself and fully embrace who you are by allowing your emotions to express themselves through embodiment, through surrender to what is emerging from within you.

It’s a guided session that encourages you to surrender your mind to your body, your body to your heart, and express your feelings through organic movement. Through deep, long breathing, we explore the divine wisdom that arises from within. Contained in this movement is inner stillness, peace, and release of tension.

The healing dance creates a gateway for inner exploration. Rather than following movements from our mind or habits, we give ourselves time to connect with authentic movement that emerges naturally from within. When we surrender to this process, our body intuitively guides our movement. We learn to trust our body’s wisdom, embrace our authentic selves, and find freedom in movement while discovering inner stillness. This is where deep healing occurs.
