You can choose the one-on-one programs as a way to balance challenging aspects of your life, strength, weight loss, injuries, health issues, stress, depression and anything that might be blocking your evolution.
Either you feel that joining a group class is a big step, you just like to practice solo, you are uncertain about your level of practice or you have a health issue. Or maybe you don’t have time for a group class, prefer to practice at home or at work at your own time.
