We will offer an exploration into yoga, breath work, meditation, elemental balancing and awakening the senses through embodiment practices. This will involve deep relaxation, releasing tension, and unwinding to find the natural breath. To meet our essence within movement and stillness within flow yoga practices -moving in the direction of release, expansion, and freedom.

Daily pranayama, meditation, learning to create external silence for inner 'listening', inspiring talks, laughter & connection. We will be shifting from being defined externally to trusting our internal knowing and sense of self.
