Learning meditation is an art and a ritual practice.
The art of turning our awareness inwards and listening.
The art of doing whatever we are doing and being in that action with absolute presence and awareness.
Meditation is to be experienced oneself. Reading about meditation is not sufficient, as it keeps us and in the mind. It is to be learned and practised consistently. Meditation, when practised regularly, brings us to the present moment, the only reality, in this presence we are connected with our personal priorities.
Meditation is taking time to just be, and practice gives us clarity and focus of mind, then we can take a step back from situations and see them from a different perspective, which allows us to respond rather than react and to move out of stressful conditions or negative circumstances.
As we cultivate contentment and acceptance our cells rejuvenate, we feel youthful and joyful. Meditation helps our organism to get out of panic conditions, as peace of mind enhances our immune system and encourages healing of physical conditions. Meditation is the ultimate stress antidote when we commit and find pleasure in this practice.
When we meditate we become more conscious of our actions,as we begin to observe what we say, think, consume, do, and so, we can create a better reality for ourselves and the planet. It helps us transform our day-to-day life into a more fulfilling existence. Meditation ultimately leads us to the realization of the Self and non-duality which is freedom.
In this workshop, we will approach meditation Integrally. Preparing the body, the breath and the mind to be in stillness: Incorporating a set of simple asanas, primordial sounds and breathing techniques that promote ease in the body and tranquillity of mind. This workshop will give you everything necessary to incorporate a consistent daily meditation practice into your life.

Full payment is due for registration.
A fee of 4% of the total amount is charged for cancellation up to 40 days before confirmed arrival date. Any cancellation or alteration of dates made within 40 days before arrival results in a charge of 50% of the stay, cancellation on the day of arrival, no show, or departure prior to the scheduled date results in a charge of the 100% of the total cost.
