This season my focus is on women wellness, inspiring joy, rejuvenation, and insight through awareness yoga practices. This 8-day Woman Yoga Retreat has been created to inspire you developing physical strength & Flexibility, vitality, inner harmony, mental clarity, emotional balance & overall renewal. Sessions are developed in relation to each individual’s needs and body-type. Yoga & Ayurveda practices created to teach you how to keep your elemental health and balance, to nurture you at any stage of life you are in. Pranayama, Mantra, Meditations, Yoga Nidra, Healing Dance, Sacred Space, Dynamic meditations, Nurturing and Feminine self-care practices, Nutrition Counceling, are part of this journey for women.You can join any Sunday between May 17 & October 11. AnapnoeYoga® is a slow, gentle yet deeply grounding & strengthening Vinyasa Yoga practice that encourages the fluidity of the spine. Through deep long breathing, we explore the divine wisdom of nature that lies within. The movement & breath awareness liberates one’s body-mind from deep-rooted imprints. Through this Slow Vinyasa Yoga practice, we become more receptive, finding our body’s natural movement. It is an integral practice that cultivates presence as an embodiment. Although you may come Solo you may share joyful time meeting other women who are in their journey of inner exploration.
In this Woman Wellness & Inspiration Yoga Retreat, sessions are breath inspired practices that vary from meditative and rejuvenating (lunar) to challenging and empowering (Solar). The emphasis of the class is on alignment, breath, and meditation. In every class we flow creatively through variations of sun salutations and all the groups of Asana are integrated in sequences of Slow Vinyasa to create full-body transformation; strength and fluidity, circulation and centering. Chakra bodywork, Pranayama, and meditation are integrated within the practice.
Classes are in the English language. Daily morning practice 2,5 hr and afternoon additional 1,5 hr. Enough time left to enjoy the island, the sea, the sun and the Greek relaxed way of living. Mats and other props used are available at Yoga Shala, you don’t need to take anything with you. Practices will be at Yoga Shala in Naousa village. Some practices outdoors will be scheduled during the retreat. Some previous Vinyasa Yoga experience is required, due to the pace of the practice.
I designed these practices to meet the student where they’re at. For some of you, your interest might be getting stronger and more flexible and in that case, there is value in these practices for you.
If your interest is to understand a little bit more about the mind-body connection and the impact that our thoughts have on our health and wellness, then there’s an aspect of this practice that will meet that particular need.
If your interest is to move into a deeper level of emotional healing and to even open yourself to a more committed and connected relationship with your Self then there’s also aspects of this practice that will speak to you.
Wherever you are at, the invitation is to be present with your experience, to open into something else, into something new. Then this practice will allow you to step into the next aspect of your own exploration.
These practices are meant to help us to feel better about who we are, to release tension, to open ourselves up to a greater possibility. to understand, love who we are and to connect to the innate divine that already resides within ourselves.

Sunrise Accommodation is in the traditional settlement of Naoussa, in the location Analipsi, within a stone’s throw from the area’s numerous dining and nightlife options, but also ideally situated to offer ultimate relaxation. It is merely 5 minutes from the center of beautiful Naoussa, near the secluded beach of Agioi Anargyroi, Santa Maria and Kolimbithres.
Sunrise Accommodation features rooms and apartments that compounds comfort and relaxation. Traditional architecture combined with Cycladic elements, blending in the natural environment, while the upscale services, qualified personnel, and exceptional amenities provide a comfortable and pleasant stay.
Our accommodation offers guests a tranquil, rejuvenating, home away from home experience. The room has its own bathroom. You also get free access to the HIGH-SPEED WIFI INTERNET. Air-conditioning is provided to ensure your comfort during hot days
All course teaching, practical sessions, food and accommodation are included. The practical and theory sessions take place at Paros Yoga Shala and accommodation is at the tranquil Sunrise Accommodation in Naousa, with swimming pool and wonderful views, just five minutes walk away from the yoga studio. In the evening we will take a short walk to Open Garden Restaurant for a delicious dinner.
A deposit of 50% of the retreat cost is due for registration. If you have any other questions, please contact us.
Full payment is due 40 days prior to arrival date. You can choose to book only the yoga retreat or to add accommodation and food to your stay.
You can retreat with us for 8 or 15 days.
Any cancellation or alteration of dates made within 40 days before the training course date results in a charge of 50% of the total cost of the course stay. Cancellation 14 days prior to the training course date, on the day of arrival, no show, or departure prior or during the training course scheduled dates results in a charge of the 100% of the total cost of the course.
Fly, you should arrive to Athens before noon so you can take the bus to the Piraeus port and catch the 17:30 ferry to Paros with www.bluestarferries.com
– You can Fly from Athens to Paros.
– A bus shuttles from Athens airport arrivals to Piraeus port foe 10Euro every 20 minutes.
– Boats depart daily from Piraeus at 07.25 and arrive to Paros at 11.40 & 17:30 arriving to Paros at 21:45.
– Let us know the details of your arrival time in advance so we ca arrange your transfer to the hotel.
– Boats depart daily from Paros at 19.15 and arrive Piraeus at 23.15
There is a bus from the port to the bus terminal in Naousa & Sunrise Accommodation is just 100 mts from the bus terminal.
Transfers to the hotel are not included but we can arrange a taxi for you upon request. Cost 35 Euro.
