AnapnoeYoga® is a slow, gentle yet deeply grounding & strengthening Vinyasa Yoga practice that encourages the fluidity of the spine. Through deep long breathing, we explore the divine wisdom of nature that lies within. The movement & breath awareness liberates one’s body-mind from deep-rooted imprints.
Vinyasa Yoga sessions are rejuvenating and balancing practices (solar-lunar). The emphasis of the class is on fluidity through the breath and awareness through the body. In every class, we move creatively through all groups of Asana creating full body transformation, circulation and centring. Chakra work, Pranayama, Mantra, Yoga Nidra and Meditation are integrated within the practice.
This 108 hs training is for those having completed the 200hs foundation course. Learn the art of sequencing and transitioning. Chakra System in Vinyasa sequencing & Vinyasa Krama. Breath and stillness in movement. Gain fluidity of the spine through natural movement. Sequencing with purpose. Healing practices. Movement meditation. Solar and Lunar qualities in practice and in Life. Alignment in movement. Dristhi in movement.
The Chakras are 7 wheels of energy and consciousness, located along the central axis of the body, along with the spine. They underlie and influence every aspect of our being-physical, energetic, mental and emotional. We can work with these chakras through yoga practices and feel more balanced, centred and aware and therefore feeling more revitalized.
In this balancing and rejuvenating retreat we will explore and work on each of the Chakras intensively- each day clearing, balancing and activating through yogic powerful practices – from the base of the spine to the top. You can participate one, two or the three weeks. Upon completion of this three-week practice, you will be certified 100 hs in Chakra Vinyasa by Yoga Alliance which you can add to your existing certification or keep as credit hours towards a 200 YTTC.
In Chakra Vinyasa we look more willingly, more closely and compassionately at some of the patterns that impact our choices and our ability to be in present time. Chakra flow begins to develop self –confidence, intuition, self-love, love for others and makes a shift in our perception as individuals within the collective.
Classes are in the English language. Daily morning practice 2,5 hr and afternoon additional 1,5 hr. Enough time left to enjoy the island, the sea, the sun and the Greek relaxed way of living. Mats and other props used are available at Yoga Shala, you don’t need to take anything with you. Practices will be at Yoga Shala in Naousa village. Some practices outdoors will be scheduled during the retreat. Some previous Vinyasa Yoga experience is required, due to the pace of the practice.

The practical and theory sessions take place at Paros Yoga Shala and accommodation is at the tranquil Sunrise Accommodation in Naousa, with swimming pool and wonderful views, just five minutes walk away from the yoga studio. In the evening we will take a short walk to the Open Garden Restaurant for a delicious dinner.

-You can book for one week 50Hs, two weeks 100Hs of practice.
– On completion of 50Hs, you get a certificate of assessment credit hours towards a 100Hs certificate to add to your existing 200Hs Foundation YTTC.
-On completion of 100Hs, you get a 100Hs Yoga Alliance Certification (if you have completed the 200Hs foundation course) to add to your existing 200Hs Foundation YTTC.
-Certification cost is included in the course cost.
-Transfers are not included in the course cost.
A fee of 4% of the total amount is charged for cancellation up to 40 days before confirmed arrival date. Any cancellation or alteration of dates made within 40 days before arrival results in a charge of 50% of the stay, cancellation 14 days prior to the course date, on the day of arrival, no show, or departure prior to the scheduled date results in a charge of the 100% of the total cost.

-By Boat :Fly to Athens, you should arrive before noon so you can take the bus to the Piraeus port and catch the 17:30 ferry to Paros with www.bluestarferries.com
– You can Fly from Athens to Paros.
– A bus shuttles from Athens airport arrivals to Piraeus port for 10Euro every 20 minutes.
– Boats depart daily from Piraeus at 07.25 and arrive to Paros at 11.40 & 17:30 arriving to Paros at 21:45.
– Let us know the details of your arrival time in advance so we can arrange your transfer to the hotel.
– Boats depart daily from Paros at 19.15 and arrive Piraeus at 23.15
If you arrive at noontime, a transfer from Parikia port to Naousa is not included. There is a bus from the port to the bus terminal in Naousa. From this point you will be transferred by us to the Hotel. If you arrive in the evening to the Island we will be picking you up from arrival point Port or Airport.

The dinner menu at Open Garden restaurant has been developed by chef Elda Molla following basic Ayurveda principles creatively using different herbs, colours & textures. Just five minutes walk away from the yoga studio. In the evening we suggest taking a short walk to the Open Garden Restaurant for a delicious dinner.
Elda Molla is a Greek-Belgian chef, owner of Open Garden Restaurant in Naoussa, Paros. She started working in a professional kitchen at the age of fourteen as a commis de cuisine and had her first acknowledged chef’s position a few years later, at the age of 21, after working with the Italian chef Lorenzo of La Strada restaurant in Athens.
