Paros Yoga Shala Mandala Schedule will help you progress Integrally: physically, emotionally and mentally. You will develop strength, flexibility, focus, clarity, centering and equanimity.

Through a Mandala of practices that vary from empowering and strengthening to rejuvenating and healing we guide you first to develop awareness through the body and energetic alignment through the breath. We teach yoga addressing each individuals body-mind type. Our style is a yoga flow, as movement meditation, finding inner stillness within the movement. Our approach is Integral, therapeutic (healing) and both anatomical and bio-energetic.
