Her experiential approach and unique style integrate breath, alignment and anatomical awareness to draw the student into their inner experience of each posture and into centring, strengthening and flowing.
Connie is a dedicated Yogin and 500hs Experienced Certified Hatha & Vinyasa Yoga teacher. She assists and teaches by Irana’s side in the 200/300 Transformational Teacher Training. Her teaching is clear and precise and her sequencing creative. Her graceful manners and movement remind us of an earth angel.
Sabina Elsa Astolfi is an experienced Vocal Coach, Singer and dedicated Yoga practitioner. She has been teaching and coaching singing and voice work for over 15 years. Born in Bologna, Italy she now lives in Zurich, Switzerland.
Sri Swami Vidyanand is a renowned yoga master and the founder of Transformational Yoga, an innovative yogic system that synthesizes techniques of Hatha, White Tantra, Raja, Bhakti, Ashtanga and Kundalini yoga to bring about rapid transformation. He is a life-time member of the Sri Aurobindo Educational Society, Delhi Branch Ashram and his signature system is inspired by the Integral Yoga of Sri Aurobindo and The Mother.
Noa Simhony has a degree in community theatre & psychology from the University of Haifa, Israel. She studied movement improvisation for the last 10 years and has just graduated from DUENDE -School of ensemble Physical theatre. She is DEVA therapist facilitator – healing of the emotional body and the inner child.
Monika is a qualified Integral Hatha and Vinyasa Yoga Teacher. She has been teaching Vinyasa and Hatha Yoga at Yoga Shala Paros for the last few years and assisting as a teacher with Irana Ji An guidance in several teacher training courses.
Teacher Soumya Kanthy is a certified 200hs Integral Hatha & Vinyasa Yoga teacher since 2016. She completed her training and continued her experience teaching Hatha Yoga Flow at Anapnoe Yoga Shala. She is drawn to Yoga as a way of living her life because it encompasses everything she believes in.
Anat Perry has been a devoted Kundalini Yoga student for 7 years and in 2018 completed a 200h Kundalini Integral Yoga Teacher training. Kundalini Yoga has played a significant role in her life and her self development and she loves sharing it with others.
