But how does it actually work? What do we DO in 12 weeks?I get this question constantly about my mentoring process Midlife Radiance Reset. So let me show you exactly what happens inside.

Week 3, Tuesday morning. I'm on a video call with eight women, and we're deep in Phase 1: Foundation. On my screen, I see: → Maria doing gentle spinal waves on her yoga mat → Lisa placing her hand on her belly, learning to breathe into her womb space → Aniette moving through hip circles, tears streaming down her face as decades of held emotion begin to release.

This isn't a fitness class. This is yoga embodiment work.I'm guiding them through the Hormonal Vitality Balancing Sequence—a practice I've refined over 25 years that specifically addresses the hormonal shifts of midlife. 

We move slowly. Intentionally. With awareness of what each movement creates energetically, not just physically.

Between movements, I'm asking: "What do you notice? Where do you feel resistance? What wants to be released?"

After our practice, we journal. Then we share. The vulnerability in this space is palpable through the screen. This is what the weekly 90-minute group sessions look like. Teaching + practice + integration + community. Not just information, but transformation.

This combination—guided practice with real-time feedback, plus community witnessing—is what makes transformation stick. You're not trying to figure it out alone from a recorded video. You're being held, guided, and seen through every phase of your journey.

Most programs give you content and wish you luck. But transformation doesn't happen without assessment, in isolation with a bunch of videos. It happens in relationship—with a mentor who sees you, a community that holds you, and practices that meet you exactly where you are.

Everyone talks about transformation. But no one talks about the krama is the liminal space between one state and another. It's not the beginning. Not the end. It's the bridge. The passage. The journey itself.

Life is a transition from birth to death. The pause between your inhale and exhale is a transition. Midlife? It's one of the most profound transitions you'll ever experience.

In this liminal space, all possibilities exist. You're no longer who you were, but not yet who you're becoming. This uncertainty? This is where your power lives.
But only if you're present. Only if you're aware. Only if you're in balance.

On the yoga mat, the transition between poses matters more than the poses themselves. The way you move from warrior to triangle—the quality of breath, the intention, the awareness—determines the alignment you'll experience in the next posture.
This is exactly like life.

How you ground, connect, move, breathe, and focus during transitions determines everything that comes next.

Balance isn't about staying still. Balance is what allows you to ride the wave, flow with the unknown, trust the journey.

Midlife isn't the end of your vitality. It's a transition—the bridge to your most radiant chapter. But only if you're present enough to walk it consciously.

What’s something I wish people understood about What’s something I wish people understood about midlife fatigue?

That’s not just being tired. That it’s not just “getting older.” That no amount of coffee can fix a dysregulated nervous system and a burned-out system.

I wish people understood that when you’re exhausted despite sleeping, when your brain feels foggy despite trying to focus, when your body feels heavy despite eating “healthy”—you’re out of balance, your body needs a reset, and that’s why it feels like it’s failing. Your body is now speaking a different language.

And that language? It’s asking for support, not judgment. For alignment, not force. For nervous system regulation, not another productivity hack.
