You will have 8 live coaching sessions, at the beginning of each week, Ayurveda & Nutrition programs (and recipes) to ameliorate your actual diet, Yoga practices-Vinyasa Yoga, Yin Yoga Flow & Prana Bodywork for body enhancement, Yoga Therapeutics- meditations & living practices including a tailored practice for you to continue upon completion. This course is designed to bring internal balance at all levels of your being-physical, mental, emotional- and create lasting harmony in your life through modalities that are practical and easy to integrate with your daily life.
